Thank you for stopping by. My desire is to empower women to make decisions about how they want their final days to be.. with the belief that this often generates a sense of clarity and peace about how to spend the present!
I was recently talking with a friend about my journey with cancer and depression, and she reminded me of the book by Buddhist teacher, Stephen Levine~ A Year to Live: How to Live This Year as If It Were Your Last
I have been contemplating the question of what would it look like if I lived as though I was dying. Having cancer in 2010 and recently getting news of an abnormal test result brought that question back into focus for me. For a few weeks, it was a very real possibility in my mind…that I would have to consider what to do if I were diagnosed with a more serious illness or worse. Gratefully, I can say that all tests came back normal~ I am cancer-free. However, it is time that I consider the questions I posed in my upcoming book, a workbook designed to help people get clear on their final wishes.
I welcome you to embark on the journey with me!
